Marcel van der Zwan was recruited as COO of Euro Products last April and as Gerrit Malipaard’s intended successor. Gerrit deliberately wanted to take a step back and spend more time with his family after being active for more than 30 years. He looks back with great pride at Euro Products’ development over the last few decades. A period in which it grew from a local player with three employees to a global company with 126 employees.

Marcel van der Zwan worked for many years in various managerial positions at Rabobank Westland. He joined Triple Group in 2008 as senior business and financial advisor, before becoming board member and co-owner in 2021. As an interim board member, his activities on behalf of his clients included implementing growth strategies and initiating change processes.
